Default Advices on which IT certificate to choose

Hi all, I have just completed my degree in Computer Programming this year. I would like to know which IT certification you suggest is best to do at the moment, especially from the job point of view.
I was taking a look at MCSA SQL 2016. What do you think about it?
Which of three options do you recommend?
Is there more suitable certification than SQL?

    Thanks in advance.

My general advice is to do certification on what you like to do... It will orient your career for the future.

Everything depends on what interests you. Someone who likes networking with suggest Network+ then CCNA while someone who likes sys-admin work will likely suggest Linux+ and MCSA but if you like databases, neither of those suggestions are useful.

What do you like about IT?

I've read a couple of threads here in TE that tackles this. You can probably start with these - Security Certification Roadmap and What Information Security certifications should I get?

Start going online and looking at all the job postings for your target market. Find what is in demand, and cross reference that with what you find interesting. If you are willing to move anywhere, then just find a location that has the most demand for what you want to do. HTH
